E-Align100TR is our large to medium pitch adhesive film suitable for applications requiring anisotropic electrical properties and higher optical transmittance than E-Align100.

E-Align25 is developed specifically for applications in printed electronics requiring fine pitch bonding.
The fine pitch enables bonding of components with pad sizes down to 500µm X 250 µm, with pad spacing of 100µm.
